The objective of the HA/SHA programme remains the improvement of general living conditions by setting up necessary technical and social infrastructure framework. In 2003 SDC had allocated a budget of 1,050,000 CHF over two years, for people living on TCS in Istog and Mitrovica. Started 2004 with the programme in Istog Municipality, to continue in Mitrovica next year.
