^ Shelter Volunteering
In recognition of the poor capacity and skill base of human resources supporting the sector this service will:
- present to the humanitarian aid community a volunteer and internship capacity
- present the volunteers projects described by participants of Shelter Meeting
- present to volunteers training and career development opportunities
A prototype will be presented to participants for review at Shelter Meeting. Shelter Volunteering will become operational in prototype in 2007 and will be continually evaluated until the first release in 2008.
