Werner Schellenberg shared concerns which arose following the earthquake operation in Pakistan. He also described efforts that were taken to develop a shelter to protect tents, for use during the second winter following the earthquake.

The discussion that followed focussed on possible reasons for the failure of the tents used in Pakistan, and on concerns about the trade-off between weight of tents and their durability.
